I just walk a lot....did about 8 miles yesterday.

I really try to stay in shape.
I will go to the gym occasionally to lift weights, I am more into the cardio part. I walk/jog every morning and watch what I eat to keep somewhat in shape. I love to golf and play a lot when I can and usually walk instead of taking a cart. So I guess walking/jogging is my method. |

I need to get motivated to get in shape.
I want some kind of reward for losing 40 pounds. A date with a handsome hunk would be a nice reward. Any takers? |

Besides, beauty and handsome are in the eyes of the beholder. I will require a full Monte photo of course. |

Lift weights, Run, Cycle, Swim and Elliptical.
Like to play a wide variety of sports. Oh - and eat a low carb, low sugar and reduced fat diet. |

I do a workout right after waking up (1/2 hour to 1 hour weights).
I've found that counting calories helps if you need to lose weight as well as aerobic exercise (walking, running, skiing etc). Counting calories helps keep track of exactly what you're taking in. Once you know that, you can start cutting out high-calorie foods, sugary foods and eating more fruits, veggies and drink water. Stretch before any strenuous activity and don't strain yourself. |

I am in the worst shape I've been in in a long time. I was sick all summer (excuses, gotta love em) and I gained back 20 of the 30 pounds I lost the previous two years.
