It is wonderful to meet new friends. I used to say that I have friends that I haven't met during my hitch hiking days. Every time that I would catch a ride either by law enforcement or just the regular public it was nice to just get off the road for a bit to catch up on what normal people were doing and talking about. Come to think about I haven't written a letter to Abby Normal in a while. I guess I must be losing a lot of my old antisocial behavior.
