We all come to this place.
As we look for a special face.
As we go through the pages.
As we learn the stages.
We just might happen onto one.
That likes to have fun.
You might think they are after you.
And you might think they have no clue.
You’re not interested in them that way.
So then you try to stay away.
Thinking you will give them a clue.
Not to set there eyes on you.
If you think this is so.
And that they do not know.
That it is not them that have caught your eyes.
It could be face features or there size.
Believe me they already know.
Through words and actions you have bestow.
They are not within your range.
And by the time it took them to change.
You would no longer be looking there way.
So you don’t have to hide any day.
For all they want is to be friends.

Maybe it is because they live in a different state.

Do not think they can not see.

Maybe with you there could be a romance.
You may rest your mind for sure.
They are not trying to lure.
Or even trick you in any way.
Nor will they betray.
The friendship they have received.
So if you have perceived.
That they are thinking there is more.
And with you they might score.
Rests assure it is not that way.
Believe me they knew from the first day.
They were not what you’re looking for in a date.
Or even for a lifetime mate.
