Doncha just love that part of Texas???  Miles and miles of .......NOTHING!!  I've never been there unless it was in a truck or a bus. I've had miles and miles my whole life...it's my maiden name... giggle |

It looks as if nothing is there. But in fact there is so much history there it would boggle the mind. Now it's a place for dropouts..people who have given up on the rat race and are looking for a simple life. Writers, old hippies, and just plain ol runaways..They all have dreams of the old way of life....and then when they get there, only a few stay because of the hardships...but they do have the best all time Chili Cook Off!!! hundreds of people show up...bikers and others...it's an all out brawl of a party..anything goes...and does!
