dear whOever, why do we say a car burns UP, but say a house bunrs DOWN ? when actually they both go up in smoke, right?? Ok, ive got this now. Just had to think on it alittle harder. I would suggest 1)Opening a window. 2)Getting a portable fan. 3)Installing a ceiling fan. 4)Making sure your air conditioner is working up to par. 5)Check to make sure your house is properly insulated, and your not losing the cool air of the air conditioner. 6)Do it in a nice cool swimming pool. 7)Just have sheets on the bed, no blankets. 8)Do it in the attic. Attics are "typically" the coolest room in the house. 9)Do it in the snow. 10)And breathe, breathe, breathe. Any of these, or maybe ALL of these things, I would suggest to solve the problem that you are having, of "burning up, when you "go down". It is actually quite common however, depending on the amount of time you spend "going down". Perhaps you should shorten that a little. I hope this is of help to you, and good luck.
