Was reading a thread on Cheerio’s and it kind of got me thinking of “pie men”. A ‘pie man’ is a term that we (my friends) use for a prescriptive relationship i.e. breakfast, lunch and dinner (cooked by you), has to be had at the same time of day every day and even sex is timetabled…if I believed in hell, this type of relationship would be it!

Well when I clicked on this thread from the main forum all it should was "Could you have a relationship with a Pie" so that is what I am gonna answer on. I don't think I could have a relationship with a pie. I think it would in badly. By badly I mean in my belly.

 Nope I would drive him absolutely nuts, I rarely do anythig at the same time, and dont want to be organised, timetables really dont fit well into my life, I have enough trouble remebering to have the kids ready for school |

In all honesty, when you’re part of a LTR (10+ yrs), you do tend to turn into “pie” people to a certain extent…nothing wrong in that. I just wouldn’t relish meeting someone who insisted on us having dinner at 6pm every evening because his mother always had dinner ready for him at 6pm and when he moved out of the family home, he continued that tradition and all his girlfriends before me were happy to have his dinner on the table at 6pm...arrrh!!!! And I’m sure there are a lot of people ‘out there’ that call this type of relationship a marriage...
