Does matching with people send the person any sort of notification so they know youve done it or does it just put u to the front of their search list?

Yes, it sends them a notification but, it is universally ignored feature by the people who have been around for a bit. Take my word for it bro. Your best bet is to hang around the forums. Everyone here is an ACTIVE Mingler that is actually here to socialize with people. The majority of most profiles haven't been on site for a while. They come in...click a button and get booty hurt when they ain't swarmed with offers of undying love...then they don't come back for a while. At least here, you get to meet some cool cats and dolls. You will meet some chicks that you will dig immedeately but, be warned... they actually expect you to carry on conversations so they can get to actually know your opinions before they will give you a fair shot. yeah i had a look about the forums but you cant filter even country or anything, so with it being an international site makes it a bit awkward

On your own profile, clicking on your city and/or state will bring up all your locals :-)

yeah i had a look about the forums but you cant filter even country or anything, so with it being an international site makes it a bit awkward I think it sends a mutual match message once BOTH parties have clicked yes on each other. I Think if only one clicks yes, they go to the beginning of the others choices. But I have found it mostly to be like a cool arcade game..lol. Just for browsing. I apparently am only mutual matched with others like me, who refuse to make first contact...lol.

yeah i had a look about the forums but you cant filter even country or anything, so with it being an international site makes it a bit awkward A while back I tried invading the Mingle Forums in other countries...as far as I can tell, this is the one forum. but, don't lose heart...you would be suprized but, there have been some international connections amongst people who are my friends here. Hell, my woman is half of the United States away. Good love is good love.
