So, do most people really have a....... soulmate?????

People are always searching, but does "Everyone" really have one?

If soulmates were so numerous.....why are people searching so hard?spock

Maybe soulmates weren't meant for everyone?

I think people do have soulmates but I think they r hard to find. Sometimes people find one or many. Some find none. Your children can be a soulmate of sorts. There can be many different types not just lovers.

In my personal experience soul mates don't really exist. I think everyone searches for someone they can love and be loved by. And searching for I think people try harder than they need to. Sometimes its best to just let life happen. Its like focusing on one point of a picture. Its only when we view the picture as a whole and stop trying to look for something that it usually finds us.

Like ever rest your sunglasses on your head and think you lost them? Then after you stop looking and go to scratch your head and you feel them there.

They are rare but they exist.

I used to be a semi-pro man slut. I know alot of people and went out with alot of chicks in my career. Most things are nice but really don't mean all that much in the grander scheme.

I have met two soul mates.

My first one cast me aside. Half my life later, I met the one who is part of me.

I am crazy mad in love with her and it feels so good to feel this happy. It is a luxury that few people got the balls to allow themselves.

Meat is just meat...someone that touches your soul is different.

I don't think so. I think the whole "soulmate" concept is just a comforting delusion which serves to numb people to the reality that many of us will never find anyone suitable.

That is completely accurate.

Still, does not negate the possibility that someone out there CAN be a good part of you.

I agree with LexFonteyne on this one. I think soulmates are created. If you wait for that one person who is supposed to be your soulmate you'll die alone.

Dan Savage says it best:

I really love this guy.

You are gonna die anyway....will you die loved?

Just kind of an observation about things as I know...

The more love I give, the more love I get.

The more hatred I give, the more hatred I get.

I like love.

I believe I have a soul mate but we are so alike and we know each other so well, that we don't even want to meet each other in this lifetime. We have spent several lifetimes together already and we are taking a break this time around. I'll see him in the next simulated reality.

You don't need to edit my response to provoke an argument. I said I believed in creating your soulmate.
