I think most people are scared of the initial phases of dating and relationships more than fearing too much to fall in love.

Not everybody's the same but I think I can speak for many people when I say that it becomes difficult to BEGIN relationships when you're closed up or have had a recent unhealthy, painful or tumultuous relationship.

Hell, Ive been on this for weeks now and not one person has said hello to me out of the blue and out of the women I have written an introductory email to, two wrote back and both were up to no good, obviously not being serious. Maybe just kids fooling around or fake profiles, idk, but here's the same old junk with simply trying to begin a conversation. It used to be pretty simple, is everybody THAT paranoid and damaged?


Ive had terrible things done to me in a couple relationships and I wasnt always the best I could be but Im definitely not going to throw away a new chance out of fear.

You cant live life through your rearview mirror. I always live by the motto "Today is the beginning of the rest of my life?" haha. However it goes. When i was younger, i was kidnapped and assualted as a very young child, my parents became deceased as a result and I had no choice to but to look up in life.

Live with ambition and hope and you will find joy and happiness. Everyday is a new beginning. We cant change the past but we can control the future by our decisions emotionally..

I think people seem to be just plain afraid of FUN or GENUINENESS these days!!
