So this is interesting. There was a march in Venice Beach,CA yesterday with both men and women stating that it was unfair to allow men to go topless at the beach but not women.

They will fight for a right a majority of them would probably never exercise if given that right. It may be fun once a year but i don't see too many women opting to wander around topless all the time just because it's their equal right. And to think guys are staring at our boobs now? Well i think it was a nude beach. But recently they have changed the laws and the park rangers just cant seem to enforce all the nude beach goers. I think mostly in part because there are so FEW beaches like that around. Im pretty sure The flamingo in las vegas has an entire topless pool area. Venice Beach Ca is not a place for toplessness. It is an overcrowded beach as it is with muscle beach(which is offensive enough)There are a lot of families and children around. |

I think they like the idea of walking one day a year and participating topless in something with a ton of other women. I really don't see too many women who will actively want to be topless everytime they hit the beach. Plus with all the stores...and sidewalk sales. Um Excuse me i just want to look at that dress. . To be honest there's man boobs on show on most beaches. Just pretend its a very hairy woman and everyone's happy.

To go straight to the heart of this, these are called morality laws. It is my opinion there should be no such laws.
No victim, no crime. Being offended does not afford you victim status. ****************** Dont you know, you cant have a thread like this without a, "THINK ABOUT THE KIDS" I do think about kids, and I think kids should learn reality sooner rather than later, it is hiding your kids from reality that hurts them, not them seeing some natural bodies without clothes on . . shesh.
