To go straight to the heart of this, these are called morality laws. It is my opinion there should be no such laws. No victim, no crime. there are places where nudity is not illegal in the US.
IN general though, the western culture sees womens breast much too sexually to have them exposed. Id go so far as to say its just as inappropriate as exposing a womans vagina(unless theres lots of drinking and beads involved, which for some reason makes it perfectly harmless) mens chests arent viewed , in general, in a sexual way. Exposing them is similar to exposing a bicep. |

All joking aside I have lived in Europe in places where women are topless bathing all the time. It is no big deal and very unsexual
for the most part. It's just cultural and if topless bathing truly busts out all over in the U.S. it will be only a jiggle in the force. OK well I couldn't resist.

Well heres the thing, the more they are exposed, the more they are viewed like a pair of legs. still sexy but not as desired. The frequency would leave less imagination for desire. I have been to various places around Europe and have seen many a bare mammory, and have not yet come across any one who is offended by it. Who are these people that are? They need to light the hell up. Maybe they just need a damn good banging.

They need to light the hell up. Maybe they just need a damn good banging. I dont think everyplace is a place for nudity. Just like everyplace isnt the place to relieve yourself. They are both natural, but both should be somewhat private in most cases. In places where next to nothing is worn anyway, like a beach where thongs are acceptable, I dont see the big stretch to just allow the nudity,,,,, as long as it isnt coupled with vulgar behavior. IN a theater, a store, down the sidewalk,,etc,,, is not the place to have to look at peoples bits and pieces though. |

But in other countries Ive been to, the perspective on sex is just a little different. Men dont SEEM as desperate to get it. Its not such a rooted part of the culture. In the states, women seem more 'marketed' as boobs or general body parts creating a culture here of sexuality that is just different. An example: Walking around town in the states, the cat-calls I get, involve wanting to do things of a sexual nature with me. -- They are more aggressive with communicating that they wanna do me. Walking around town in Britain, or France, guys would holler out to me to come in for a beer or some company in a cafe/bar. -- They are FAR more aggressive about communicating that they want to get to know me. I am more defensive about my safety here in the states, but I guarantee, both men wanted the same thing. This is true, but in most countries, not the UK, but other ones, women dont have a say anyways, even if you cover then up in a bidwin outfit a man will take whatever he wants. In africa he can throw acid in her face if she refuses him and go entirely unpunished..and they hardly wear clothes in africa. So Women in america are liberated enough.....they keep pushing and pushing until one day there will be regrets. IMO |
