Try to get it out
Yet it all falls flat
Frustration growing
Anger slips in
Growling snarling
Walking away
Throwing my hands up in defeat
Screw this
I give up

Throwing it all away
Sweeping it all off my desk
Tossing it in the trash
Setting it on fire
Watching it burn
Ash to ash
Dust to dust
Nothing but a pile of shi*t and rust

Having one of those days as well and could not have said it all better myself.....hang in there it has to get better, smile thru the anger or frustration....a better day is just over the horizon :)

I really hate to see anyone in pain, God knows I have been through some. I wish hurt and pain didn't exsist but it does. It's such a sad thing to have to deal with.
