Topic: Is Sugardaddying Prostitution?

Jackie Kennedy had a written contract with Aristotle Onassis who basically paid her to marry him so he could have the most famous and dignified beautiful woman in the world. He was an uncivilized jerk who wanted a trophy wife and he bought one.

Jackie, turns out, in my opinion sold her self. Marriage is sometimes nothing more than "buying the cow." Onassis treated her like crap. She spent his money all over the place. They had a very interesting prenup.

Prostitution is the oldest profession they say. Call girls, hookers, girls who have sugar daddies, and some marriages all amount to the same thing.

No, don't make it legal. Then the government will be able to control it and collect an unwarranted amount of taxes. That would make the government no better than a pimp.

Don't let uncle Sam, your government get into the pimping business. They already deal in drugs and guns.

I never understood why GIVING it away is ok but being paid for it is a crime.

Just another opinion though,,lol

I kind of agree. Why is it illegal of some woman wants to sell her body? I mean people can sell plasma or blood or eggs, semen. But you can't sell sex. Yet if you want to sleep with every person in town for free thats no problem.

Because of the whole disease thing and that it bring in other crime. It really does.

Hell, in the couple counties that is legal here in, it is HEAVILY regulated. Condoms have to be work even on oral, the girls have to be checked (by an actual Medical Doctor) and tested weekly, most brothels also have a strict no drug policy and mandatory regular testing policy. They also inspect and and clean the parts of their partner before they get to business. They have to be licensed with the county and the state. It's a big process.

Street walkers don't do any of that. They are just doing it to buy money for drugs. Most have diseases and dont use condoms. They also commit other crimes and make the crime rate in their areas drasticaly increase. The drug rate in prostitution areas sky rocket as does the theft rate. Not to mention a lot of prostitues mug or rob their johns. Tnen there is the whole pimp issue and underage girls forced into prostitution as well as other women of aged forced into it. I can go on and on about why it should be illegal.

So someone sleeping around for free could have diseases too. So what if its regulated. In Japan its illegal only by law but it exists and police don't do anything about it because its part of the culture and been there so long. They make sure to keep their girls clean because if I client would get a disease then it would be bad for business. Thats like saying you could get salmonella from a burger place. If that happened people would stop going there so even if you were not forced to do it you do it just to keep their customers.

Somehow, I'm betting if someone is actually affording to keep a mistress, they're paying enough that the woman is going in for basic medical checks and such. Also, they'd be doing a one person thing/relationship for a longer then normal time period, rather then a prostitute with multiple guys a night.

I wasn't talking about a mistress. You apparently have no idea what happens in places like Japan. Sex Massage parlors, blowjob parlors, escorts, bathhouses, etc. Its all over the place and yes multiple clients a day and guys can usually pick the girl.
Just look up kyabakura

I think a better question is how is it constitutional to tell someone they can't sell their own body. I mean with sex itself not being outlawed I find that rather strange.

Exactly.

And I would not call it "selling your body" you would only be providing a service, not too far removed from a massage.bigsmile

Now human trafficking of sex slaves, especially under age is what should be cracked down on.

Unfortunately in some poor countries, sex is all they have to sell in order to support their family. If it is their choice, and not forced on them, how can people try to stop it? People need to survive and eat and feed their family.

Is being in a marriage prostitution?

One party gets financial support or clothes or land or food
and the other party gets hot dirty sex.

When there is a layoff and somebody has to sleep at their
mother's place or a friend's house or on the couch is that
breach of contract?!!

How long do you think they should go to jail?
Should anything be cut off?
Is it a capital offense?

How about just a relationship? That is surely an implied contract.
What if they date around? What if she refuses to swallow!!

noway

How about if he won't do doggy style?!

These are all important questions.
And I demand answers!

laugh

Just cause your married doesn't mean you get hot dirty sex, or doesn't mean you will get sex at all! noway

The constitution says nothing on the matter, so I wouldn't pose the question in that way.

I agree the point of contention is about government dictating morality where there is no victim.

In and of itself, selling your time in a sexual encounter is a victimless crime. Adding onto that coercion, or force makes it a crime with a victim.

However from the fundamental perspective of freedom, one should be able to engage in whatever behaviors that do not take away someone else liberty, damage property, or take away the ability to achieve happiness.

So from that perspective I think prostitution should be legal along with all other victimless crimes. The nanny state should end, personal responsibility should be our focus.

Yes, I advocate staying single and getting all the sex you want without having someone else telling you that you can't.

Now I'm going to type a four letter word here, and you will no doubt see stars in place of the letters.

The word starts with an F. It literally stands for "Fornication under consent of the King." Yes, that is where the word came from in lands where you had to have permission to have sex. Here is my statement.

Let people ****.

Bushibillyclub,

I suggest that prostitution be decriminalized, not "legalized." If it is legalized that is where the government would be collecting taxes and being a pimp and regulating everything.

Wow I didn't know that's where it came from. Very interesting indeed. But I agree, personal responsibility and all that.
