would you risk your life to save somebody elses?

I sure would... And would never think twice about it.

I'm trying to live a healthier lifestyle now. I'm looking into becoming a live organ donor. I am registered as a donor, just not a live donor. So, I guess the answer would be yes.

i would QUICKLY evaluate the situation and make a decision based upon my skills, ability, knowledge. i would not blindly dive into a river to attempt to save a drowning person. to me it is better to get the proper help than to become another person needing rescue

I agree with this answer and if,a person cannot swim in deep water they shouldn't attempt it.I wouldn't risk my life because, drowning is a horrible and scarey experience for anyone.surprised

I would have to agree with ese here.........unless the person I was trying to save was one of my kids or my grand kids then most likely I would rather try to save them or go down trying....

I once stopped a man from beating a woman. SHE called the cops and guess who went to jail. ME! I did a year of probation and now have an assault charge on my record.

Other than dialing 911, I won't be getting involved with anyone else's problems again.

Most definitely. I had a chance to move to Scotland but instead I returned to the States because my brother needed a kidney. As it turns out, I was not enough of a match, but they pretty much saw you in half to get the kidney out so, yeah, I did offer knowing full well what the risk was and I would again.

I have done some crazy things when I was younger (like getting in between two people fighting); I'd be more cautious now but I wouldn't hesitate one minute to help.

Bummer well I am not as noble as the rest of you..

I would risk my life to save my children and people I loved.

Would i risk it to save someone I didnt know when I would leave my 6 children alone without their MUM... I honestly dont know..

If I knew they would live and I would die, I guess I would have to honestly say No.. not because i wouldnt want to, but realistically I love my children and family and they need me, I dont want my children brought up without a Mum, I am basically all they have, yep my family would bring them up but its not the same..

So nope i would do everything I could to help them, but not to the point where I would loose my own life.. Godly or not, I want to be here until my children are old enough to take care of themselves.

well, honestly i saw my buddy's death right before my eyes. Few years back, its a different feeling but from that moment, im scared of death! You may call me weird.

Yeah, i would happily risk my life for those who really care bout me, those who still have a better life to live. I wont put myself in danger for random peeps cuz there are some people who need me n would be crushed apart hearin bout my death, especially my parents. Sometimes, one should accept his own death. Now, someone plz call me 'Chicken'.

ASh= chicken (only because you asked!) laugh

Josie I feel the same way. If I could help someone that I did not know and survive I would. But with all honesty I feel the same way. My son needs me and there is noone that can replace me in his life. So don't feel bad about the way you feel.
