like working out - sure it is ok - 5
how important - go to stay healthy somehow - 5 but you don't have to "work out" to stay healthy... i prefer to bike, jog, play soccer or tennis, ski, hike, etc. Working out outside is fun - in the gym on machines is a once in a while thing for me. i absolutely feel like a hamster on treadmills, steppers and ellipticals. aerobics is fun but all the girls hit on you... |

oo definetly...by working out i meant all kinds of fitness...wat i should have said was "keeping in shape"

On a personal level I'm gonna give a... 8 for both enjoyment and importance of working out. I AM trying to change my appearance and become the best I can for the girl who will one day be called "my Vixen". That motivation actually gets me to enjoy the hard work and watching progress from working out.

While it indeed is health and importance because it keeps any body fit and health and all.
I normally don't go to a gym because of the type of work out I get at my job whenever I work which is about four or five days out of a week. So I do a lot of walking and bending and standing and more walking and lefting and pushing and pulling. So I guess it's an 8 or so as how importance it is to stay fit and health and in shape so I don't get too out of shape or anything like that. Surely I could do more to get into better shape but right now I guess I'm okay, with what or how I work out. |

10- it is therapy for me. The best stress reliever I have come across beyond sex. Whatever that is. I vaguely remember
Importance: for myself 10 for someone I'm interested in or dating? Not important. Its my thing |

10 for me, I was raised on fitness, being 4th generation Navy it was diciplined in my soul, but to be honest.I F**King HATE IT, it hurts, it stinks, it stings....but i am healthy and look pretty good, that is what counts, 30 min a day is a very short time in a day.
