When I was young I met two women where I worked who were about the same age. One of them looked really old and unhappy and shriveled up and hunched over. The other was a bit over-weight, happy and stood with good posture. She looked 20 years younger than the other woman. Her secret, I noticed, was that she was always smiling and happy, like a little squirrel scampering around in the park. The other woman was always worried, always thinking the worst of people, did not look happy at all. So the beauty secret I learned from them was ... don't worry, be happy. So much is what you think and your attitude. Think good thoughts. Smile. Die your hair when it turns grey.
I don't smoke, don't drink, don't eat junk food. I stay out of the hot sun. The biggest secret: I never had any children.  taking notes

Beauty comes from within, but makeup helps.
Anyone can be really beautiful. If you feel beautiful, you can look beautiful. Always be the best you can be. Spoil yourselves with luxury and bubble baths, face creams, lotions, hair care, good grooming, nice clothes. We deserve it!
Movie stars and actresses have nothing on us! You should see them without their make up and air brushing on their pics. Many of them are just average. They spend tons of time and money glamorizing themselves. Learn to glamorize yourself, but the most important thing is your health and natural beauty. |
