Hate them or love them? What are some names that people call you that you either will or will not respond to? Let's keep it clean

Because of my name, I guess some people automatically assume it is ok to call me Suzy or Suz or whatever is close...I can't stand that. If you have known me for a while, fine. Otherwise, my name is not that hard to spell or pronounce.

i go by many names but i guess i will put snowman. as to whether or not i approve the truth is i just don't care. i don't like it but getting onto people about stuff like that got old before middleschool so i just let people make jerks of themselves and let it be.

I don't like it when strangers call me sweetheart or other terms of endearment. I understand it's a habit other people have, but I believe it's a privilege and I reserve those for people who actually deserves it.

i shaved the beard got a bit out of hand though i feel that is an understatement.

Don't have any problems with nicknames. I go by K, Kenny, or Pony.

Fetts is what they used to call me. Phucktard now is one of my favorites but mostly im called Mark

I hate when folks on the street say ,
'come here baby '
'how you doing to day sweetheart'
'hey sugar baby wanna go for a ride with me?'

those are a few of my turn offs but yal can call me Kissy or kiss

Growing up..dad always called me "Szloty boichic"...(money boy)

or "Pardoboc" ....(handsome)

My brother always calls me "Schitt bird" or "Schitt bisquit"...they are terms of affection.

At work I am normally called sweety, Love or gorgeous..

I dont get insulted its just the men who come into my work use it on me. They are truck drives and miners, nost of them older and a lot from the country, none of them are insulting it is just how they address me. It is not uncommon or disrespectful from them, its just a nice way to address a woman..

However if a young cocky bloke comes in and uses the same terms it is completely different.
then it makes my skin crawl

My real name is Joanne, but I have only ever been called that if someone is angry with me. So I really dont like it much because as soon as I hear it i know i am in trouble

My Daddy always called me Scooter, but I hated it when his work buddies tried and I usually set them straight quickly and bluntly.

My bff of 20 years is the only other person besides siblings that gets away with that one nowadays! He gets away with lots of teasing/joking that no one else does, but what are bffs for He keeps me from hating men so he's entitled to pick on me more than most

I have a few friends that just call me "Beeotch" and I don't mind, one is an ex roomy that I refer to as "fuquer", but that's how we have always talked to one another!

I completely agree. I don't like being called those things by strangers, either. If someone I don't know emails me on here calling me sweetie or baby, it's a turn off.

Other than that, people just shorten my name as a nickname. Again, I don't like it if I don't know the person. However, if I know them, it's usually fine.

Hahaha Suzanna and I have called ya Suzzy Q , but that is only once in a while...


As for me well I'm kinda of partial to my name Kristi and have always liked it..... the only one that use to call me Kristi Lyn was my dad. And normally that is when I did something I was not suppose too

When I was little my granny use to call me baby only cause out of all my cousins at the time I was the youngest..

Where I work now some of the guys call me Country Kitchen due to my accent but it is kewl.....and all in fun..

Completely agree with that! When someone says "hey baby" I say "you had no part in my birth"
