if you or I, or george or martha, started chewing bubble gum, and at first we could not blow a bubble, but we kept on, expecting that sooner or later we could. WELL SOONER OR LATER WE WOULD. that is not insane it is called perseverence.

Insanity is removing yourself from rational and realistic thought.

sure enough if i try repeatedly i will blow that bubble gum bubble, that is not insane.
If i put that gum in my mouth and kept trying to blow gold, well that is a different story.
