I agree with coolhead, step up your game if you want it to go further. You are sending as many mixed signals as she is.
I personally think it is obvious she is not romantically interested. You're her friend, maybe her best friend, you don't want to lose that. You are the one who will have to let the notion of a romance with her go for the sake of the friendship. Good Luck.
