On here, I'm more open, it's easier to write out thoughts and different points of view.
In person, I'm quieter and pay closer attention to the situation. Once I get to know someone better, then I'm used to being told to be quiet.. lol |

Do you feel you are the same online as you are in person? Or do you act differently here than you would when meeting people in person? If so, why? Do you let people's personalities in the forums affect the way you think of them? Yes, I am the same online as in person, except significantly louder, i think oh yeah and no pixels either Yes, their personalities in the forums is the only way I know anyone on here..so I have nothing else to go off of, hopefully they would be true to themselves... |

can change the way I see them. Do u do this by changing your goggle?? JJ (Sorry for this poor joke..!!) I think you meant goggles, like beer goggles or rose colored glasses? |

I agree that someone's personality is all we have to go from here! I am me wherever I am at. |

I can't change me ,,so yes, I am the same here as in person.
With exceptions to being read as down or depressed through writes or poems,, In person I never rhyme, lol,or seem or act saddened in anyway,,well,,unless that IS the mode of my attendance to or at..lol Always with a smile and always talking and being funny.. |

on line is just pretend, i'm totally different in person Haha yeah he is even sweeter in person...... |

On here I am the same as i normally am with my frioends and people I know well.
but because i tend to be shy until i know you , It would take me a while to get to know everyone. then I would still be me, |
|

I am just my normal self, just as I would be hanging out with playing pool or at the beach... I am who I am....
As far as the way other people act in forums, does it affect the way i view them---- of course. We are all diverse characters and humans were not designed to interact accordingly with one another at all times. There will always be conflictions within the dynamics of the human race and if it comes from the result of some one else putting on a false front, then the effects of severance falls upon them not me. I have been legit. |

I am an absolute doppelganger for me :-) I listen more in person, as I rarely learn anything while talking. Personality deeply affects the way I think of someone. The stronger, more unique it is, the closer I am drawn. No clones need apply :-) I was going to make a post on the sole topic of this OP topic, but you gave me a jumping board. I learn by talking, by writing, more than by listening. If I listen to two words or else read two words, I generate 200 words of thought growing out of that, and I turn that into 150 words of speech or writing. If I read or listened any more than I do now, the inflation of post-production thoughts vis-a-vis pre-read or pre-listened to amount of information would blow my head straight into smithereens. So I had better keep the listening to a minimum. My friends and relatives think I ought to cut down on talk time as well. |

I agree that someone's personality is all we have to go from here! I am me wherever I am at. Not for me. I am a sucher for pictures. If a woman puts in a drawing of a beautiful unicorn=looking angel, I follow her posts. Heck she don't have to be a woman even, a guy here habitually uses for his profile main picture a sitting angel with huge wings, and dressed casually at a table in a beer-bar, she is slugging beer from the bottle and I read that guy's posts as if they were go spell. I am very gullible and susceptible to female beauty, or the lack thereof, in the other direction. And I can smell borderline personality disorder from a mile... but still can't tell the difference if a post had been left by someone inabriated on drugs or on booze. |

I am an absolute doppelganger for me :-) I listen more in person, as I rarely learn anything while talking. Personality deeply affects the way I think of someone. The stronger, more unique it is, the closer I am drawn. No clones need apply :-) I'm a triple-ganger. I am in my words as in real life, both spoken and written, in appearance and in actions, the same. But there is one common denominator: Nobody ever understands what I want to say, because people actually don't read my words or else can't understand my English camouflaged behind my well neigh incomprehensible Hungarian accent. I can't blame them, it's my fault. |
