The utmost important tip while traveling. If your destination does not have something silly like an amusement park for homeless clowns or a museum of dead rodents (not specifically but something that sets it apart from most of the world as having been industrialized long enough to start creating odd adventures for it's citizens as everything else has gotten boring).

Then by all means, drink BOTTLED water ONLY. Either that or pack plenty of depends lol

If you ever come to New York, you can drink tap water. It was rated the cleanest and purest tap water in the world.

On the other hand, I agree with you that if you have any doubt, go BOTTLED. That is, unless you like having the runs.

I agree with this. I went to India and was fine sticking with bottled water only. Those who didn't weren't too happy.

The water here IS bottled. Wal-mart, Nestle and Costco all carry our local water.

unfortunatly though something are cooked with water and boiling only takes out someof the bacteria... so when in doubt go battled but on the other hand make sure what your eating is fine and dandy too.. my friend goes to india for business all the time and even though he drinks from the bottle everytime there is no question that with in a few days he is already in the bathroom... :/ so just becarefull
