I noticed the same thing when I signed up, mingle puts everyone in the same pool. I'm on the forums and meeting people, but the only messages I've had are from straight guys and that's not what I'm looking for. I've been told that it takes time, just get out and "mingle".

well, this isnt your ordinary "dating site", seems like most people just use it for chatting...people looking for same sex encounters generally get discouraged and dont participate in the forums...its a pity really...

Just a suggestion, you may actually try a search for a man looking for a woman. I have noticed a few women who set their profiles up like that to find other women. It may be worth a try in your area.

I think there might be a lot that sign up, but maybe not that stick around. I didn't even have a woman talk to me until I'd been on here for a few weeks. It has a list of locals women seeking women on my profile, but none of them have been on in months. I guess a lot of them got discouraged.

I don't think there is such a thing as a true lesbian. All lesbians I know are actually bisexual.

through the forums, looking for other lesbians. If you keep a thread going, they will see it. |

I don't think there is such a thing as a true lesbian. All lesbians I know are actually bisexual. ...and just exactly how many lesbians do you know, that you feel emboldened to make such a global statement?? I say this, because all the lesbians I know, are in fact, homosexual, not bisexual.

I agree that there is a difference between being a lesbian and bisexual. I like men and women equally as I am just as attracted to both and can be happy with either. Lesbians aren't. It's likely that there are curious lesbians just as there are curious straight women. (Men too - don't kid yourself) |

(Men too - don't kid yourself) I have had a few message me a couple times & then don't wanna talk anymore once they find out I am bi & not a "true" lesbian so IME lesbians are homosexual & prefer mates with the same sexual orientation! |
