The anti Collective bargaining bill in Wisconsin that has had the Unions' teats in a wringer PASSED! The chicken shitte move by the Dems to hide in Illinois preventing Quorum got sidestepped and in a half hour the bill was signed in! Wisconsin is doing what it has to to spare itself a deficit. This is the first real move towards financial responsibility I have seen! Since the Democrats see fit to try to maintain the status quo they have done nothing to find solutions that don't involve raise taxes and fees. The bill is making employees double their contributions to benefits they forced the state to pay before.

Get ready you union punks, the bell is tolling for your collective bargaining now! One domino falls they all eventually fall. Ohio is next!

Time for you Democrats out there to pull your heads out of your azzes and realize you cannot squeeze people for money we don't have and that includes our government!

Want to bag on the Tea Party now? Who is your daddy?

This is too good! Now the Democrats are now loosing power and respect and it is chicken shitte moves like they pull that will be their own undoing. You cannot run away from a problem. The dems in Wisconsin are lucky I was not governor becasue I would be voting their impeachment promptly after this fiasco. Instead of facing the music they tried to hide away and left their constituents in the cold! If this is the kind of leadership the Dems are going to provide FUQUE THEM! they do not deserve to hold office! Pack of simpering cowards!

This is what I have to say to the Unions and the Democrats...

rofl and now I laugh!rofl

This really is comedy!

I actually wondered why it took them so long to do this...

I would have done it the day after the Democratic Senators attempted to control government by 'side stepping' proper rule of law.

Personaly I dont take joy in other peoples misfortune but when people are unemployed, unemployable or simply underemployed they become jelouse of those who do have a good life. I suppose its humane nature. However it is a little classless to do such

Simply a moronic statement. Logicly when you look at the one income group that has gained ground at the expense of the rest of society you evaluate the defecit and its implications and increase the tax burden on those who can afford to pay it. You dont take away from those who are allready hurting. We are setting ourselves up for real trouble as in Egypt or the European riots.

well gee, I guess we should forget why unions were ever created in the first place and believe that all those concerns and issues which made them necessary have magically disappeared....

now, if we could CAP everyones earning potential to be fair,,,just like we CUT everyones taxes to be fair...we could at least be seen as a politically and financially CONSISTENT economy,,,,

but I wont hold my breath

Private sector unions are also taking hits and being forced to give back to save jobs.

My father worked in a drop forge, I work in a forge that also finish machines. We are union and are doing verry well because of our quality. I spent my summer working twelve hour shifts seven days a week for two months straight. Somehow our cpmpany makes ton of money even with our high wages. We bested our non union competition because of our dedication to quality and our vested interest in our jobs. Cheap fly by night outfits with transient workers cannot compete in a world that demands quality parts for cars and trucks. Do you realy want a non profesional makeing the parts that keep you and your family safe when you get on te freeway? I also do not want people who do not care educateing my kids.

If the local news here in Milwaukee is secret then I guess so.

You are correct. So why shouldn't the public sector unions give back to save jobs?

YOUR union is not even effected by this legal 'battle'... If a Union can have 'collective' bargining rights to MY taxes I WANT A SEAT AT THE TABLE... a fair seat... Not one that can be 'blocked' by screaming COLLEGE students that have no vested interest in my STATES Finances (most came from out of state and will be MOVING out of state when they graduate).

Like I said, not all unions are bad but there are enough of them that have done wrong for so long they ruined it for the rest. Now about your desire to not have people who don't care educating your children, well, the teachers Union allows that sort of Mediocrity to go on. They do not set performance standards on their membership. Does that look good for other unions? NO!

Since when is it the job of any labor union to set employee performance standards? That is the job for the employer. What is it that you think labor unions are for?
