the person doing the most talking was the fraud trying to get a sensational story for O'Keefe, I trust very little of his editing snippets and this was poorly done for anyone with the intellect to actually LISTEN to what was SAID(as opposed to the edited PARAPHRASES OKEEFE decided to add to make it more controversial) by the person being demonized

I managed to watch 5 1/2 minutes and this jay bird proves my point that liberals fancy themselves as "enlightened" and those who oppose them are nit wits!

No, not like Juan Williams. Juan is a puzzling guy. I've never known quite what to make of him. I have no problem with his being fired from NPR. IMO, yu can't be a part of the Fox family and the NPR family at the same time.

except williams statements were given in prime time
and this was an opinion given during what was reasonably believed to be a PRIVATE conversation



I personally dont think either should lose their jobs over their opinions, I think the whole story shows more about them being human and growing which should be commended

but what I feel (as I have posted in another thread regarding LAWS) has little to do with what is agreed to when someone signs a CONTRACT with an employer

Both of my local public radio stations (one an NPR national affiliate) have fund drives/pledge drives twice a year. Ideally, NPR should receive no tax money, but it's just a drop in the bucket compared to the waste and fraud that goes on in the rest of the budget.

Yes, he was fired because he said he was nervous on airplanes with muslims. He said that on Fox, and it was quite consistent with Fox philosophy. Not at all with NPR philosophy.

actually, I dont believe this was so simplistic. It is my understanding there had been PAST warnings already issued to him by his employer,,,this was just the last one, apparently

they have in their contracts SPECIFIC regulations concerning their PUBLIC IMAGE, and he violated it,,, if he couldnt abide by it, he should not have signed the contract...

So calling people racists is in line with NPR philosophy?
