It would be genetically impossible due to the X chromosome. You couldn't be "you" with a different set of genes.

For those who believe we are all connected and one with the Universe, we are always having sex with ourselves.

I guess it all depends when you became of the opposite gender did you increase in you looks or decrease. If you decreased then the question should be is your orginal self that easy to get with? and if they increased do you give your original self a pat on the back for banging someone hotter than you? haha now if they stay the same then after its over do you score your original self on how good you were?

If most people met themselves and got to know themselves they prolly wouldn't really like themseves enough to want to have a drink with themselves much less get drunk and have sex with themselves.

I have been watching Red Dwarf lately. But this is also a gross gag in Futurama, and Robot Chicken too.

And YES I am a scary person. When my spring gets wound up, well only fools tread there. A female version of me would not hesitate in doing damage considering the whole OTR thing women go through. YIKES! Having to face a female version of me down when pissed off... Not pretty. I would imagine it would be a lot like looking at a fire breathing dragon about to light me up!
