I can't stand my loud neighbors. The only time they're quite is when they're sleep or gone!!!Can you tolerate your neighbors?

I've complained about my neighbor more than once because of the noise.

My neighbours are quiet but then I live in the country.

I've had to call the cops twice on my rude neighbors. One of them moved out 2 weeks ago, hopefully it was the loud one.

I only had one loud neighbor. I got a nice 5.1 surround sound system, and that took care of it. When he was sleep is when I would blast it, right up against his bedroom wall. After a couple times, he got the point.

My noisy neighbors moved! I am in an apt. and used to be awaked by their headboard pounding the wall....so happy that I no longer know of their sex life

thank goodness you don't live in India!! the neighbor might have just come over and shot you!!

but on a serious note...noisy neighbors are a a bane of city life and after a time one just learns to live with it or block out the sound with sound proofing wherever possible!!

I don't mind noisy or nosey neighbors. I figure some day it might be me that wants to blast my music or if someone tries to break into my house and gets caught because of my nosey neighbors

I live in a college town. My neighbors are college kids, and yes they party all night long, and especially on the weekends. Nice kids though.


When they are not noisy, I beging to worry about them. LOL

Guess I'm lucky I live in a older neighborhood therefore the houses are a bit farther apart, it is pretty quiet around here....

I live near my folks who have places to be five mornings a week, they check to see if my back curtains are open when they drive by. In other words to see if am I alive. Come to find out my front across the street neighbor notices when my front curtains get opened!! I suppose it is nice that people are paying attention since I live alone and bad things do happen to good people but I have come to think of my curtains as 'signals'.

What I really hate is the dogs that are allowed to bark VERY early in the mornings. Down the block there are six little yappers, two doors over is a black lab. Very different barks but all enough to wake the dead! I find this rude and ignorant on the owners part. Seriously letting your dog(s) bark for an hour or more before dawn!! Can anyone dial 911? I haven't yet but the thought crosses my mind....

When I saw this thread I thought about the single guy I lived next to whose bedroom wall was next to mine.

Needless to say he had quite a few screamers in there at 3 am. No sleep for me for a good two hours on those nights. Lucky ladies I guess.

I'm not home a lot so really don't know anything about my neighbors.Plus during the winter everything is shut up tight so don't hear anything. I guess I will find out this spring as I have new neighbors on both sides of me.

My neighbors are normally pretty quiet, except the mechanic that lives two doors down from me, he likes to work on cars in the middle of the night, one night it was him and his girlfriend and his mom were outside, working on a car and I normally stay up late anyways, he started cussing at his mom, telling her to shut the phuck up and banging around on his car, and telling her your not helping one bit, I got the case of the azz with it, and yelled out the front door and told him to shut the phuck up and be nice to his mother, he apologized to me and to her, so fifteen minutes later it was all quiet, damn neigbors I sure as hell won't put up with someone treating there mother like chit.

Yea it was "OH GOD *******" He was a god I had never heard of...
