Met a really nice guy for lunch from the plenty of fish site. He was cute and sweet. he gave me his number to call him because he wanted to go out again. It just seems like recently there have been no sparks with anyone I meet....what's the matter with me?

nothing is the matter with you hun, its just that all us guys are so stunned by your great beauty and intellect we dont know what to say or do when we meet you in person, and so we appear dumb and foolish, thus no sparks on oyur end

And even if the guy is a perfect gentleman and gods gift to women (lmao) if htere are no sparks then he is not the one for you, right? Just keep looking, and you WILL find someone, I promise.

Joyce -- sometimes "it" just isn't there, and I don't know how you can explain it chemically or biologically or through some kind of voodoo curse, but if it ain't, it ain't. Hi nurjoyce, Just a couple random thoughts, When you say there are no sparks, do you mean after one date, two dates or how long are you waiting? Are you comparing how you feel now after a date to how you felt after dates when you were younger?
