Topic: pirates.

I meet all these kids who call themselves pirates. How many of them have actuall engaged in piracy? I.E... Taking a boat and making it yours and going plundering, pillaging and generally making havoc. I been around the blockonce or twice ....well i may be a real pirate........

Nope, i live in northern california. Ive benn to salt lake , but i couldnt live there , my home is in the mountains of cali or on the sea.

Although they were bloodthirsty thieves, the old time pirates were democratic and non-sexist. The elected the pirate captain and several women held that position.

you wouldn't want to run into South Asian pirates ... Somalie pirates are bad enough the drug runner pirates will kill you and steal your boat sort of like days of old. most of the old world western hemesphere pirates were sanctioned by the British government as privateers to attack the French and Spanish ... it was part of the war effort.
