2012 is the end of a 10,000 year celestial cycle. I think they just decided to take a break from calader making, maybe let the grand kids work on the next one..... Then, oops, they got wiped out by the Spaniards.

Lucky grandchildren... less work for them.

In the Aztec calendar, which is eerily similar to the druid calendar of Stone-edge, The world will experience the change in year 2525, but the Aztec calendar's original point Zero in time has been defined differently from the Mayan calendar

I looked for "Stone-edge" and couldn't find anything about it that related to Druids.

Now, if you mean "Stonehenge," it is NOT a Druidic edifice and was build long before the Celts came to the British Isles.

As for the Aztecs, they sacrificed people every day in order to keep the universe from imploding or ceasing to exist.

Again, if people buy into this stuff, they should start sacrificing humans. I have a few suggestions on who should be the first ones to go.

The gullibility of humans continues to amaze me: they will partially buy into myths, but only the parts that suit them.

There are indeed changes coming, well needed changes, it is not the end of the world. The 'end' is a Christian (western) concept...can't have Jesus without the 'end'!

strange how all these birds are falling out the sky, dead fish covering whole beaches and record tempretures etc is this the begining of the end? i personally dont know but either way there is nothing we can do but be happy untill then.

is this the begining of the end?

or the end of the beginning?

I'll take all bets...
everything you own against everything I own
if its the end ... you win.
if not ... pay up.
I'll be waiting.

Again, if people buy into this stuff, they should start sacrificing humans. I have a few suggestions on who should be the first ones to go.

The gullibility of humans continues to amaze me: they will partially buy into myths, but only the parts that suit them.

1. "Stone-edge" is found on any and all non-completely round stone pieces, man-made or not.

2. Stone-henge was definitely not a Druid edifice, or Celtian, as you say. People and actually all animals don't use stone as edifice, as the digestive trackt is not long enough to suck out the nutrients form the rocks. No matter how fine you grine them.

3. Human sacrifice continues today, and not only among the Aztecs. Stalin used 30 million Ukranians to ensure the success of the Bolshevik Communist state. The Germans used 6 million Jews as sacrifice to facilitate the continual existence of the Third Reich for a thousand years. Spassky sacrificed his Queen in the 45th move to ensure victory over Vladivostovski. "Survivors" sacrificed Bobbi MacTodd to ensure the high ratings of the show would continue uninterrupted.

4. You are right, the next universal explosion, the Next Big Banggg won't happen while the Aztecs are successfully preventing the implosion of the universe from happening. So the Spics were sent by the Stoned Hinges, to wipe out the Aztecs, only to ensure the renewal of the universe could happen uninterrupted, which, if it did not happen, would flatten all worlds, emotions and motivations, due to the third law of thermodynamics, to beyond a point at which it would be last to make it possible to happen. Unfortunate that Cortez got side-tracked by gold, and lost sight of the spiritual and of the quantum mechanical aspects of his mission.

5. What you don't realize, is that the Mayan calendar is predicting the change of the ending of the Aztec calendar, and that is the change we all await so eagerly and vindilacetarpetyourbumelly.

I'm not scared of the date because it is simply the completion of a 26,000 year cycle. Remember this song from the musical "Hair":

Aquarius Lyrics

When the moon is in the Seventh House
And Jupiter aligns with Mars
Then peace will guide the planets
And love will steer the stars

This is the dawning of the age of Aquarius
The age of Aquarius
Aquarius!
Aquarius!

Harmony and understanding
Sympathy and trust abounding
No more falsehoods or derisions
Golden living dreams of visions
Mystic crystal revalation
And the mind's true liberation
Aquarius!
Aquarius!

When the moon is in the Seventh House
And Jupiter aligns with Mars
Then peace will guide the planets
And love will steer the stars

This is the dawning of the age of Aquarius
The age of Aquarius
Aquarius!
Aquarius!

Hey ya'll, that's what this song is about...

As a "believer", I don't consider myself religious, I find it ironic that Revelations 20:12 reads "And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life."
In numerology every number has a corresponding letter associated with it. The date 12-21-12 reads as, A-B-B-A-A-B. When you consider that the Hebrew language is read from right to left, this date would read BA ABBA.The Hebrew translation for BA ABBA is "Father comes / is coming"
The astrological facts of what's happening in the solar system isn't debatable. The magnectic poles will/are shifting. SO.....I don't think there's anything to fear, and other than peace with God there is nothing to prepare for. I do believe change will happen, just gotta have faith.

I wouldn't get so lucky to see the world end, I'm just not that lucky. Your argument is invalid.

Are you saying: Those who are born "d maga way" say that the popular beliefs surround 2012 are false?

If so, what is "d maga way" ? Does this have anything to do with Krav Maga?
