I was not asking for recipes or cooking. That is why I put it in General. I wanted to know who eats the brown spots and who doesn't
and why!

That is correct. It is a fruit of the mind. But it has spots.

I made non banana banana bread once. I used pumpkin.

But I won't tell ya the recipe because then this won't get moved back to general.

Just the bananna ripening, getting sweeter.. I put my over ripe banannas in ziplock bag and into the freezer.. I use them to make bananna nut bread..
