I relax mostly by looking through my neighbors window. Lol, I mean chilling out with comediens and cold beer. lol

Catching a buzz usually does the trick! But, I feel the best way is to over stimulate yourself with media (making a long play list on whatever media player you prefer and doing some reading why having an open notebook and pen nearby). Working out and doing outdoorsy activities helps too!
