Do not mention The Blair Witch project, that movie sucked donkey penis.

I want to list Great and very good low budget movies.

Forbidden Zone, Danny Elfman played Satan in this one. it was super campy. It was a tiny bit raunchy. Overall though it was a fun movie!

Eraserhead, A David Lynch movie, I believe his first. This is one of a very RARE few movies to really capture a nightmare on film.

Plan 9 From Outer Space. This one is great becasue it sucked so openly! Still the worst movie released yet. Ed Wood was proud of this one!

Feed us more low budget classics oh minglers!

Eegah, had the guy who played Jaws in moonraker. He was a Giant of some kind living in the desert in California who kidnaps this singers chick and takes her back to his cave to meet his "family"

Desperado!

Desperado was not a prequel

Was the continuation of El Mariachi

But Antonio Banderas took the main role

From the original guy (Carlos Gallardo)who was in Desperado playing

One of his friends(Campa)

But more importantly- you can see the crotch-gun in El Mariachi's guitar case that is later used by Sex Machine(Tom Savini) in From Dusk Till Dawn.

Combat Shock '86

Frankie is a war vet whose life sucks. He has no money, a nagging wife, junkie friends, and a deformed baby. This is the story of one day in his pathetic post-war life.

As much as I love Troma Studios they were the wrong company to distribute this film. They tried to pass it off as a film similar to their own Troma's War. Combat Shock is anything but. It's a very gritty, and often disturbing downbeat film.

I think if the film was handled right it would have gotten more notice than it did, even the trailer is very misleading, it makes it look totally cheesy, and it's not:

(Troma's original misleading cover)

(Troma's much improved cover for their 25th Anniversary release)
