Earlier today I was getting back in my wheelchair, and I hit my tail bone on my tire...hurts like a mutha, still. What's the stupidest thing you have done to yourself?

there's tons.
i'm constantly cutting myself with exacto knives.
not intentionally.
but i have a scar on my left thigh where i stabbed myself with a pencil.
it was recently sharpened.
and the lead went in my leg.

Ouch...I am constantly hitting my feet on something...and they are kept elevated by the way...I am talented. And even though I can't feel them, I still say "Owww damn that hurt!" I love the looks I get from people that know me.

Today's escapade hurt like hellz tho...I will definitely have to be more careful. I don't want to meet Mr. Floor again. He is not very nice to me.

I work with venomous animals: spiders, snakes, bees, scorpions, centipedes, lizards and while I've never been stung by any snakes I have been stung many times by the infamous bark scorpion,been bitten several times by the black widow and bees out the ying yang trying to either paint or milk them.

Dang...that sounds like a fun job!

Fortunately, I've never been stung by anything...downside, I don't know if I'm allergic, so I try to avoid everything.

nobody has ever been stung by a snake you idiot, you mean you never been bitten!

I'm a walking accident, I get bruises all the time and i'm like "wtf, where did you come from."

I have metal all over my body from skateboarding and dirtbikes and bmx, and surfing... lol, next one will prolly come from base diving or sky diving.

i constantly have bruises on my leg and im not sure where i get them from but i have them all over my legs then i pinch my arm bend when i sleep lol

Just in the last week I've walked into two door frames! I should probably start turning the lights on while roaming around the house at night.

It's inevitable that you'll stupidly hurt yourself in my career (mechanic), but it's hard to narrow my experiences down to just one. There was one time that I was working on a car and had to unlock the steering column on a car. It was all the way up in the air on a rack (roughly 6 feet). It was faster for me to climb up and just reach in to turn the key. Apparently, I was in too much of a hurry. After doing what I had to do I forgot that I was up in the air and walked right off of the lift! That resulted in breaking my hand, but all was good. I wrapped it up and kept on working! That's why we're born with a spare!

A few weeks ago I made another bonehead mistake. Keeping in mind that I'm not a violent person at all, but when working on cars, at some time EVERYBODY wishes they had a bazooka! Anyway, I was working on a van and seemingly the engineer who designed the part I was working on either never turned a wrench or had an odd sense of humor. Getting a bit frustrated, a BIG screwdriver I was using 'grew wings'. The tool left my hand at a speed that some pro-baseball pitchers would be proud of. While in mid-air that screwdriver decided it wanted to be a boomerang and immediately after it hit the ground it bounced right back up and hit me square in the forehead!!!!
