Of course, my texting habits are hardly worth considering compared with those of your average teen, who sends more text during breakfast than I do in a month.
Anyway, I’m curious: Do you find that you’re spending less and less time actually talking on your cell phone, and more time texting, picture messaging or otherwise using data? And are your wireless calls getting shorter and shorter? Or are you a mobile use who bucks the trend? |

In this modern technological age, I must be the only living human totally lacking in cellular phone capabilities.

That was me up until last March. I caved in, and bought a cellphone because of my job. Now I get all sorts of unwanted phone calls and messages. |

if it weren't for my mom, i would never talk on the phone. Funny I'm sure my kids say the same thing... even though due to them I finally did start texting at times but.....I still like to hear the voice of the person I'm talking too..

it is nice to hear the person's voice. sometimes i want to call people, but i think they would say; what in the world are you doing calling. just text me. so i'll stick to texting for fear of rejection. haha. |

While I do like actual phone calls, I do text more than I talk on the phone.

But I seriously think I do.. 
To answer your question. Out of all the time I spend onmy cell 90% of it is for texting, messaging. |

i shut off my text... there is more understanding talking with voice tone... all too many times from the emails have things been mis-understood! no thanks not for me.. call me or forget it!

I prefer text to talking "most" of the time.. I think my friends and family do as well.. Once I start talking you're done for..
