Topic: First Snow Fall

We had our first official snow fall here in Utah during the night. I live low enough down in the valley that any that was on the lawn this morning is now melted, but it looks like the mountains and the "east bench" got hit pretty hard. Maybe when I go outside later today I'll take a pic and post it.

we had our first snow up in the mountains of new york last week...just a dusting but it was pretty to wake up to!

Normally I'm not fond of the snow, but I'm trying to stay positive this year. I really want to learn to ski this year, so the snow is nice to see. Soufiehere, that's awesome that you were born in Holladay. I'll be going out later this afternoon, so I'll definitely take a picture. The snow has made the mountains look so pretty (Not that they weren't pretty before).

I love the snow, I lived in New York State and NE Pennsylvania - where my family is from- for awhile B4 moving to Ohio. Snowy winters in the Mtns is one thing I really like. I love winter weather and Ohio people usually hate it. I love to do stuff outdoors in the winter but I have not met one person from Ohio who also does

awwww....so not missing winter in Utah, is a beautiful sight looking at the mountains in winter though. I'll indulge in the beauty with pictures this year.

i love ther deep snow here in the casecade range got my stick waxed and ready
