Well both of the men that held my heart passed away.........but I
learned how to laugh my a.. off and I learned how to live life to the
fullest treasuring each moment that I get the opportunity to
have.......good or challenging!

Now some of the losers I have dated have taught me to keep my standards
high....settling for second best only makes both parties miserable in
the long run!

I learned that just because you love someone that they are not
necessarily the person for you. Sometimes, the best thing is going your
seperate ways. sad

Well this won't be hard at all.

1. He let his bipolar get in the way of our relationship.

2. Me being mentally abused or cursed at was him merely being scum.

3. A cheater for sure.

If there was one thing you could say that you learnt from your old
relationships then what would it be?

That the moment I find out my relationship is no longer worth keeping, I should get out of it at once and shouldn't expect that it will be worth my time waiting for it to improve...It usually gets worse brokenheart

I've learned to be more careful and cautious about who I get into a relationship with. Stay away from Michaels! And no matter how much someone loves you, if he has a drug addiction it will ruin the relationship.

laugh I'm curious, miss fireflysgirl... you had more than one Michaels? It does happen huh... I had more than two Jon/John I could handle in my entire life and wouldn't want to have anything to do with any of them now laugh  never again...

From Number 1 not to marry someone when you are young, have nothing in common but being great friends.

From Number two not to marry someone who you think will offer security and be great with your kids.

From both , I learnt that I didnt really think love exists. lots of emotion but I never felt love, I did care but not what people talk and sing about..
So they both left me severly in doubt that true love is real.

But my fiancee has taught me that love is out there. not just lust and feeling but someone who is a part of you , who can fit you like a glove and who you can be with every second and its still not long enough.

I learned to watch for warning signs (of mental instability, infidelity and low self-esteem issues)

haha...I have a collection of Michaels!!! Dated a few in high school, but the last 12 years have been spent with 3 of them so I am DONE noway NO more! The ex hubby went by Mike even though it was his middle name. A few years after he went off to prison I had an FWB named Michael and then spent 5 yrs with another man by that name.

I think it's like a bad addiction
frustrated love frustrated love frustrated tears

I learned to be who I'm suppose to be.To follow my senses and instincts. To accept who i am and that everything happens for a reason.I figured out that there was a lesson to be learned through the hardships I went through and id have to say that experience is the hardest lesson of them all..I also learned that if I couldn't handle it,god wouldn't have given me that lesson to learn right then in the first place.

I learned that no matter how much you love some people, and how faithful you are. That some people are just jack a$$es that don;t deserve to have a loving and faithful partner that puts them first.
Some people are just too self centered to be able to love someone else as much, if not more than themselves.
