I thought the land belonged to the aboriginies that were there first, before they got plowed over by the white, english speaking, christian overlords and their prisoners..Australia was originally a penal colony, so why get so hoity-toity now??

Yea, that always works out best for those who didn't end up abused in the past for sure.

In reality all nations usually want extremists out of their country. Can they find them all? Probably not.

But this is no different than here.
