===================================
it only tells how someone that is sinning shouldn't be judging others that sin which is why the term "hypocrite" was used
===================================

Yes it says people that sin should not judge others. But it also says we ALL have sinned and fall short in the glory of God.

John 7:24 ...Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.

here's a passage where Jesus gives advice about how to judge ...so are you sure Jesus said that it's a sin to judge?

Judge with a RIGHTEOUS judgement. To make a righteous judgement would only come from someone that is pure and doesn't sin. For if you judged someone while you're sinning yourself, you would be a hypocrite as Jesus pointed out.

Cowboy...righteous judgement in those biblical days would refer to making a fair or just judgement ...

Yes, very true. But how could it be fair or righteous if you judge this person to be a heathen for stealing an apple when you just got done stealing an orange?

oh that's easy to explain...you simple do not judge that apple stealing person as if they has stole two apples ...you judge that person fairly for the crime that they committed which was the theft of one apple

Still wouldn't be fair, for you would be judging this person and condemning them for stealing the apple, but yet nothing happened to you for stealing the orange. That is why we aren't to judge others, for we ALL sin and fall short in the glory of God.

it is fair...the person was treated in accordance with the crime they committed ...this is what is meant by righteous judgement ......and this is why if you go around preaching that Jesus said that it's a sin to judge...you are not being a righteous person ...because Jesus claim no such thing

so Cowboy....become righteous and just admit that you were wrong....repent christian heathen....look all I'm trying to do is keep you out of the lake of fire because so far you are on the yahweh to hell

You didn't listen to what was said in the example. It wouldn't be a fair judgement because i was judging someone for stealing the apple saying it was wrong, but yet i was stealing the orange. How can i say stealing is wrong while i'm doing it myself? How is that righteous?

you may had to steal the orange because someone stole your apple and you had nothing to eat...there are many reasons why people steal...but what Jesus was trying to teach was once you get caught then you must pay the consequences but that the consequences should be of a righteous judgment..this is why you are spreading false testimony and committing blasphemy when you claim that Jesus said the to judge is a sin ....when Jesus never made such a claim

No now you're spreading false testimony. Even if someone stole my apple I never HAD to steal the orange. Two wrongs don't make a right as the saying goes. Stealing something is NEVER justified, right, correct, or moral in any way.

You always get caught and always will pay the consequence, our father sees everything. You can not hide your actions from our father. And i've posted a lot of verses showing Jesus told us not to judge, for we are to judge with a righteous heart, but yet we can't for EVERYONE falls short in the glory of God therefore showing some form of immoral aspect about you, thus making you not righteous enough to make judgement on another person.

That and with Jesus tells us if we do judge we're being a hypocrite.

Matthew 7:5
Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.

Cowboy......what you are saying is because everyone is a sinner no one can judge anyone and therefore there are no need for any laws ...people can do as they wish with no consequences ...the message you are saying that Jesus tried to teach is "Anarchy" ...that type of message would make Jesus a hypocrite which is what you are doing to him

No....

We are not to judge people on morals and the actions that proceed with those morals. We are to have laws which is why Jesus told us to obey man's law. But we are not to judge people on morals in saying you're going to burn for doing such and such. And or treating them differently because we have judged them as heathens.

aren't the laws of man judgements made by man to judge others men by? ...and if Jesus told you that you have to follow man's law but not judge then that once again makes Jesus into a hypocrite ...er..Cowboy...are you sure you're for Jesus or against Jesus...because it's impossible to tell

No, because again after again the judgement made on earth is not an influence nor does it have an effect on your eternity. Jesus told us not to judge one another in a manner as if you see someone steal something or know of them having lied, we are not to treat them any differently then we would say a priest, preacher, or anyone else. We are to love them regardless and not make a judgement on what we think we know of them. This was made as to not make segregation or favouritism. If this one rule alone was followed everyone would be seen as equal and no favouritism, for we are all equal, we all fall short of the glory of God.

Cowboy..let's try to debate here on Earth ....the same place we make judgements.....again you keep rambling when all you have to do is present a passage where Jesus forbid anyone to judge which is something that you will not find in the bible ...

but anyway let's say that you could find such a passage in the bible because then I will place a passage from the bible where Jesus tell people how to Judge....don't you see that it is your views that "to judge is a sin" that makes Jesus into a hypocrite

No funches. You are looking for one verse here and one verse there. You can not do this. You have to take the entire bible, the entire teaching of Jesus, the entire message as one. Jesus tells us we are hypocrites if we judge one another and if we do we then will be judged with the same judgement we gave them. If you judge someone harshly, then you yourself will be judged harshly on your sins. You will receive the same compassion you have given.

Yes and i told you there wasn't "one" verse that said this. It is said through the teachings of Jesus. So here i've shown the verses that show judging others is looked down upon and is why we'll be judged with the same intensity of a judgement as we judge others if and when we do as such.

see how I have to force you to present the word of Jesus righteously and not for your own benefit ...and that explains why The Rapture will rid the Earth of such Christians

First off Jesus teaches us not to judge others as i've shown, because Jesus is the judge for he is the only one worthy of such. And the rapture will rid the earth of Christians because the earth will be in torment with major destruction and killing. Why would our father want his children on the earth when such things was happening?

see how you just refuse to present any passages from the bible where Jesus spoke on how to judge fairly ....because they are in the bible ....you're trying to make Jesus as being an unyeilding hypocrite...it's amazing that a non-believer have to nearly beg a believer to speak the words of Jesus ...pure karma ...

I was not evading anything. I simply didn't tell of the passage for it was irrelevant in the discussion.

===================================================
John 7:24
24Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment
====================================================

We are to judge with a righteous judgement for we will be judged in the same manner of which we judge others. So therefore to receive a righteous judgement we would then have to judge others righteously.

Cowboy ...see you finally admitted that there are passages in the bible that Jesus taught people how to judge fairly which means that you know that it's not a sin to judge ...thanks for proving my point that you were preaching false testimony

I have proven nothing for you funches. Are you righteous? Do you follow the laws of the bible to the "T" so to speak? I know personally unfortunately am not righteous on my own. Only because of Jesus am I or anyone deemed righteous. But nevertheless we are only righteous to our father through Jesus for about every day every one of us stumbles time to time and then lean on Jesus to forgive us making us righteous again. So still, not one person on earth should judge another person, for they are not righteous themselves, only made righteous through Jesus.

Cowboy ..I gave you a chance to prove that you were a righteous christian but you refuse to take that road which is why you got busted lying about the teachings of Jesus ...

here's another chance to redeem yourself for Jesus...simply post a passage where Jesus teach that it's ok to judge as long as it's a righteous judgement .....

if you love Jesus and want his forgiveness and wish to spread his word now truthfully and righeously...you won't hesitate posting that passage ...if you don't then you would have prove the point of this thread...

I NEVER said that it was ok to judge others. There is but one righteous person, the only person to have walked this earth that was righteous was Jesus Christ. We are made righteous through Jesus Christ yes. But we aren't righteous as soon as we sin again. The we ask for forgiveness, making us righteous once more and repeat. But NO one can gain righteousness without our saviour Jesus Christ. And with us falling away from righteousness thus leaves us unrighteous and not suitable to judge another.

Heck i've said many verses along the lines of "Judge not lest ye be judged" ect ect. So don't try to play games.
