It's very hard finding exactly what I am looking for. I am a sophomore in college and have a 3.8 G.P.A. I take school very serious and work very hard. I still have at least 6 more years left, so I am not interested in a serious relationship. I am also only attracted and interested in older more dominant men. I do not date very much because of this and just want to know how to go about finding the right man.

I would suggest you spend some time in the forums here, letting people get to know you while you get to know about them.

There are a lot of great people on this site -- I've been on a lot of different sites, and this one is by far the best of the bunch.

Of course, there are a lot of variables involved in a scenario like this too -- because it's a worldwide site, some of the people who interest you may be very vary far away -- the dreaded "distance factor"!

But if you just participate in the forums, you may be surprised by who you find here!

I am wondering the same thing, girl! Lol. huh I have found that after every guy I date, I feel closer and closer to finding EXACTLY what I'm looking for. I think the key is to find good qualities in every guy you're interested in, then combine all those good qualities...be a little picky, and don't settle. I've settled too many times, and although it has always been a great learning experience, I have found myself regretting my decision to lower standards. Even if just a little. Good luck, and just be true to yourself! The right guy will appreciate that, and will love you for who YOU are. Inside and out. And that's what I believe true love is. flowerforyou

First, you need to raise that GPA a little, but you six years to do that, so you should be ok there.
Second, you need to come to Houston and I can show you the rest.

True, finding right man is not what you could call easy, but then again someone said, that "there are no problems, only challanges. And it's the messure of your willpower how you rise to the challenge..." So, keep looking, there's always somebody for everybody. Sometimes there are two somebodies for onebody - I would call that a jackpot bigsmile

Finding a partner in life SHOULD be difficult!

This is a huge decision that too many people disregard, and end up with too much baggage as well as repeated cycles of dysfunction.

Take your time. What is the rush?

You don't FIND a man. You attract people - even in friendships - based on your character. When you use common sense and have positivity around you then the right person will appear in your life.

If you look for a man, you will end up settling. Never settle or compromise your standards (see the aforementioned dysfunction).

Your statement about being attracted to older, more dominant men made me cringe. Be careful because those qualities MIGHT be a recipe for someone manipulating you or taking away your sense of self. Become independent and free-thinking. Don’t allow someone to dominate you. Eek! scared

Be proud of being single with no kids - and having a college education. Explore life and develop yourself first. There is more to life than having a relationship. When it’s right, you will be more successful and happier because you were so careful.

Grief is but a flame, Gossip, and human soul is but a phoenix, from flame to be reborn. And to spread it's wings, and magnificently fly as high as the sun. So, jenna, fear not. As my grandma used to say - "Fate hates to rush, but it's always just"

try the gym teachers at your college, they´re usually good for a macho roll in the hay from time to time.

msharmony, can I be in one of your dreams?

jenna, why the rush? And why older men? Are you looking for a sugar daddy?

Nice photo of you, by the way. Attractive you are.
