Wic is only a LIMITED and supplemental made specifically for the nutritional needs of children up to age five. Food Stamps are how households purchase groceries for all dependents. People can balance their food but restricting food hardly ever works,, its called DIETING,,,and its a multi million dollar industry because it doesnt work,, Fat-Mama and Fat-kid only balance plates full of doughnuts. 
WIC "style" would work by limiting what can be purchased. Remember, food stamps aren't entitlements. Purchases can and should be regulated. LIMIT what can be purchased with them. Sodas, snack items, ice creams, etc are unnessesary Fat-items. No food value. I think, I'll give Lil Ms Michelle a call and plant that seed. 
Anyone else who believes Food Stamp purchases should be limited to only nutritional items give her a call also. 
as soon as the studies showing that food stamp recipients are any more unhealthy than anyone else otherwise, they were and will be taxpayers once more as well, its their funds as much as anyone else and I wouldnt support limiting them anymore than any other taxpayer Would like to know where you got the quoted "fact" that other Taxpayers wouldn't like to see Food Stamp purchases limited to a prescribed list of healthy foods. Also, I wouldn't believe that money Michelle wants to give "her people" will be going to wealthy or middle class intellegent folks. They don't live in areas that have neighborhood Liquor Stores.

Okay dangit no more fried chicken bbq collard greens and fat back bcs Michelle says so......dangit....I guess the grilled corn with butter salt and porterhouse just are going to have to be put off for losing weight....yeah Michelle that'll happen......I actually love all that fatty azz food.........That's my kinda meal....LOL oh yeah I don't have to do it I'm not african american.....I forgot for a second I'm mixed.....off the hook, whew.........
