It is not that easy for them to just apply for an international education visa.

First, most of these children have lived their whole lives within the US and have been educated by the US system. Most of their parents brought them over when they were still very young and probably not school age yet.

Secondly, if they apply for an education visa, they would have to go back to their country of birth, for which they don't have memory of living there and may not have friends or family there.

Thirdly, international education is expensive. You often have to have 4 to 5 times the cost of tutition and living expense for four years in a bank account in order to be accepted as an international student.

I propose, release the drug dealers to go back and take care of their children,, its shown the detriment that fatherless homes have and by incarcerating these men,

we are creating more of a problem then we are solving

I propose, if I am working in a cafeteria, that all line cutters who are really hungry and just want something to eat, should be given a preference and a place ahead of those who stood in line as instructed,,,

...
bottom line is, everyone must follow the law,, and if you broke the law in a situation that involves your children , YOU are responsible for the upturn that happens in their lives once you are caught

there are borders for the same reaons houses have doors,, it is irrepsonsible to just let ANYONE into my home or take off the door and it is equally irresponsible for a country to do the same

there is a reasonable expectation for me to know the person who is entering my home and have the opportunity to decide if they are too much of a risk or not and it is reasonable to allow a country to do the same,,,,by forgoing that expectation because of the hard work involved in correcting its oversights is not the answer

noone has the RIGHT to move their family into anothers home or across anothers borders and then expect that homeowner or country to provide the same to them as they have to those who entered legally and with consent
