I usually wake up at 2 then again at 4. The joys of not being able to sleep.
  It's a roller coaster ride. I might crash so not going to drink any coffee just yet

I just decided not to fight it any more.
 But just get up and do what I need to do. The joys indeed dear lady.  I like roller coasters.

Morning Jeff, I too was up earlier but went back to bed.. Not feeling so good today and cancelled my date for tonight..

Wish I could go back to bed. But once I wake up it becomes so tough to go back to sleep.
 Dear lady I hope you get to feeling better.  The morning has been okay.  Been steaming the tamales we prepared yesterday. Have to do them in batches. We made 15 dozen of them. Made pork, beef, chicken, and all vegetable ones.

Would love to give you tamales.
Been steaming them all morning. I have sampled some just to make sure they are okay. I make a sweet hot chili sauce to pour over the top of them.

The door is always open.
They just came by to pickup the tamales. Still have two dozen here.  Have a big pot of roast beef hash to. Need to sit down for awhile then clean up this kitchen.

On this crazy computer, working on some of the recipes. Need to clean up in the kitchen soon. Been a long night. But It was fun. Have a cup of coffee, sitting down at this computer.

Good morning all, not feeling much better than yesterday so will just take it easy again today.. I have been able to eat a little and I'm starving this morning.. ( a sign I'm on the mend!)
