I have discovered that coming off the roof to a ladder is a bad time to get a charlyhorse or have your hip come out of socket.

Ever have a ladder slide to the ground and been stranded on a roof? The other day I used the cell phone to get someone to get the ladder propped back up.

A charley horse is a popular North American colloquial term for painful spasms or cramps in the leg muscles, typically lasting anywhere from a few seconds to a few hours.

That is a question I dare not answer...... , but I would bet good money on my daughter spotting it if I have balled it up. It will take some time to live it down, so I rather hope it's not something I did. .
