How much time does it take to waste before it's considered wasted time?

Any time wasted is considered wasted time if your intentions are only known to you.

Is the 'part-time friend' descriptor the same as the 'f**k-buddy' descriptor ... ? If it is, I can go with that ...

I don't see any problem with that at all. Just don't treat me like a wh0re and we're good.

It depends on the people and whether they can handle a FWB without allowing their emotions into the equation. Not many can do this.

Even though you set the guidelines at the beginning, eventually one of you ends up developing some kind of feelings. When you break it off and go back to being just friends, it is never quite the same.

If both people can be honest and upfront about what they are and are not looking for, I see no problem with it.

Just stay celibate and you have all the full or part time friends you want.
