I believe it is an ability to recognize and own your anger but NOT lose sight of your ideals and who you want yourself to be. To let others be who they are even when you disagree. We ALL have peeves that push our buttons, but wish to be rational,loving, (however honest with ourselves and others) individuals. Yes...I believe it is the ability to say, "Go !!@#!!* yourself" and "PEACE" within a phrasing....and really mean it. AND...neener neener neeeeeeener!!!!

I care, share and play fair....
I meditate, commune with nature (which is my equivalent to prayer) and strive to deal with integrity at all times. I'm not perfect, just mindful. My ways may not suit others...actually quite sure they don't. I keep my mind open, I keep my heart open and I stay open to ALL possibilities, I trust the universe and I flow with life.... it's much easier and so much more fun than struggling to hold on, control things. I'm a work in progress and I'm liking the work so far, always room for growth... LOVE is the key to it all..for me. I feel if we can do all things with love (even the 'ending' of toxic relationships) we are on the right path. |

If you feel the thing you are doing will have to be secret and hidden from someone you love or respect... stop it, you are going to regret it! but often I don't tell people what I am doing because - well my mind is made up, or I am too busy for a consult when I really dont have any questions or need for one, OR, AND MOSTLY BECAUSE IT IS none of their business or, I know they will disagree but IT DOESN'T MATTER, TOO MUCH DRAMA - I can be a little stubborn that way BUT why start an argument needlessly with a piece of news u know will start one? |
