Not me.
When Einstein was being interviewed, he was asked about the condition of his desk, which was absolutley piled with papers, and 'stuff'. He calmly replied "If you think that is a mess, you should see what it's like up here" tapping his forehead. and I concur. |

Einstein didn't wear socks ... And he married his cousin. Perhaps E=MC**2 really means Einstein equals My Cousin too! Yes, Einstein's second wife was his cousin ... His were actually QUITE sorted relationships! Some history trivia: In 1897 - He met his FIRST wife, Mileva Maric, at Zurich Polytechnic, later known as the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH). She was nearly 21, and only the fifth woman to be accepted by the ETH. Albert was only then 17 ... By 1899 they were a firm "modern" couple ... Even bearing an illegitimate daughter, Lieserl, that contracted scarlet fever; it is unknown if the child died or was adopted, no records remain... They married at ages 28 and 24, respectively ... At around the same time the child the child fell ill ... Much history later, Einstein took his cousin, Elsa Loewenthal, as his mistress in 1912 ... By 1914, Mileva left him w/ their boys ... Albert moved in w/ Elsa ... He demanded a divorce in 1916 and it was a done deal by 1919 ... He married cousin Elsa ... Later "falling in love" w/ a friend's niece and hiding her in a secretarial position ... Elsa permitted it and biweekly visits in exchange for a low profile kept ... Albert grew bored and the affair fizzled out after a year ... He outlived both wives ... And, in all fairness, many married cousins back when ... Still, he was a VERY flawed genius, as per usual ... ... Nothing to see here, move along ... History repeats ... Humans struggling at being humans and all the while concocting various secret formulas to success! If not their own, than for the benefit of others ... ... He is still one of my heros ... Chekov: I could always live better in my art, than in my own life ... (This one ALWAYS repeats!!!) ALL the greats had/have that one super flaw: They were/are in the throes of the human condition - ... Existence - Whatta biotch! We get by w/ what ever solace we can find ... Often rough bidness this "living" thang ... Pain has been known to outweigh the pleasure ... Search for comfort and w/ every attempt to do so in profound kindness ... |
