I was running AVG, but had stuff get through..my computer guy had me go to http://www.filehippo.com/ and download http://www.filehippo.com/download_avast_antivirus/ I've never had a problem with AVG. Are there any free programs out there that defrag? I do have a problem with that. So frustrating what are you running for windows? I guess you're talking to me. I have Windows Vista. Is that what you want to know? doesn't Vista have a defrag?

I was running AVG, but had stuff get through..my computer guy had me go to http://www.filehippo.com/ and download http://www.filehippo.com/download_avast_antivirus/ I've never had a problem with AVG. Are there any free programs out there that defrag? I do have a problem with that. So frustrating what are you running for windows? I guess you're talking to me. I have Windows Vista. Is that what you want to know? doesn't Vista have a defrag? Mine does and it does it automatically. It also updates too about 3AM. You can set your computer to do that.

My oldest daughter saw Gerry Seinfeld this weekend.She said he put on a really good show.
