Hi Tim I made your sweet and sour recipe Sat.It turned out really good. glad you liked it Yes it was good...Mark ate 3 plates full! are you telling me Mark liked it? did you have it over rice? yes He sure did!! Yes I put it over rice.I used chicken instead of pork. It sounds good! I'll bet it would be good over pasta too! Was it hard to make? Hi Deb I acyuallt can't picture it over pasta.I think rice is the rightr choice for this dish.Its not hard but a lot of steps. I think its as good as any Chinese restaurant, if not better
