I was running AVG, but had stuff get through..my computer guy had me go to http://www.filehippo.com/ and download http://www.filehippo.com/download_avast_antivirus/ I've never had a problem with AVG. Are there any free programs out there that defrag? I do have a problem with that. So frustrating

Hi Tim I made your sweet and sour recipe Sat.It turned out really good. glad you liked it Yes it was good...Mark ate 3 plates full! are you telling me Mark liked it? did you have it over rice? yes He sure did!! Yes I put it over rice.I used chicken instead of pork. It sounds good! I'll bet it would be good over pasta too! Was it hard to make? Hi Deb I acyuallt can't picture it over pasta.I think rice is the rightr choice for this dish.Its not hard but a lot of steps. I think its as good as any Chinese restaurant, if not better Do I dare tell you I added some cayene pepper to it. so much for calling it Sweet and Sour But sweet and sour does have sweet and hot...it needed it ! It waS SOOO good. No wonder you get viruses Hey! Google 'free AVG downloads.' AVG is the best free one out there. It runs in the background & scans your email too! That what I have...but Mark said I should have been updating it...now he tells me. Yeah. Update everytime before you scan. I update & scan every week. But I use the puter a lot too! well I will be now!!

Deb, AVG use to be the best one out there but times change. After I ran avast it found stuff AVG didn't find Thanks! I'm going back to copy down the links you put up!
