When they ask me questions like "What is our fax number?"
ARE YOU THAT FAWKING LAZY THAT YOU CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT YOURSELF? For fawks sake it's listed in the signature block of EVERY FAWKING EMAIL I SEND YOU.

I do not care if someone asks me a hundred times a day.....I would give it to them....granted I might write it on their forhead laughingly and tell them that way they can remember the number.....I see no point in allowing myself to be angry over other people.....anger only hurts me and my emotionality......

Very sad that you feel disrespected over it.....did you think they maybe they enjoy being around you and maybe are just looking for an excuse to talk with you even if its to get the fax number......

No they ask me stupid questions all day, every day.... it's so frustrating sometimes I just want to tell everyone to fawk off and quit. I can't do EVERYTHING here but that's usually how it ends up happening because it takes me less time to do it myself than to show/ tell them every single time.

I do not have the authority to fire anyone for their incompetence and the owner isn't here enough to see it all.

If I got angry at every dumb question, everytime someone doesn't seem to get it, or even because I got sick of handling my job.....I probably would have quit by now.......the fact that I should receive a pension one keeps me in it

I'm not talking about EVERY dumb question, I'm talking about the 50th time they've asked the SAME dumb question. I'm not a hot head, just at my wits end.

ME : (insert company greeting) CALLER : " Are you open ? " 
ME : (after banging my head against the wall...would LOVE to say JUST ONCE...) ;) 
" NO, The company closed a year ago due to staff admitting themselves into Bellevue because of IDIOT PEOPLE LIKE :YOU: CALLING AND ASKING THE STUPIDEST QUESTION EVER!!!"
